My purchase or coins are missing

Open Starfy → Settings → Restore purchases. Coins and Premium are tied to your Apple ID and come back on any device signed in to the same iCloud account.

Cancel Premium

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Starfy. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The audience does not react to what I say

Check that Starfy may use the microphone and speech recognition (iPhone Settings → Starfy). The listening language follows the app language; you can change it in Starfy → Settings → Listening language.
